Orders

Yes, an email address is needed to complete an order. A receipt from your order is emailed to you for your personal records. Additionally, in the case that there are any issues, we like to have two methods of contact information.
We accept Visa and Mastercard (Prepaid cards are NOT accepted).
Yes, you may order any number of different products up to your approved spending limit or line of credit; however, quantity restrictions may apply to certain products.

Return & Refunds

GameRex offers a 30-day return policy starting from the date of purchase. Damaged items will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return fees if the return is not a result of GameRex’s error. For returns after 30 days, please contact your lender or lease-to-own payment plan company for more details.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with further delivery details.
No. We can only ship your products to the address on the account, except that store pick-up may also be an option. Store pick-up is subject to limited availability based on location and stock and can only be used by the account holder.
Whether shipping costs are included is dependent on the product and/or merchant. If there are shipping costs, they will be clearly disclosed during the checkout process.
Most orders are typically delivered in 2 to 4 business days via FedEx ground, UPS, U.S.P.S., or a local 3rd party courier. Please note that additional shipping time may occur due to weather delays or regional delivery issues. Our team works diligently to get all orders processed as quickly as possible and are happy to answer any questions you have.
An order showing a pending status indicates that the vendor is working on processing the order. If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please reach out to our team and we will be happy to assist you.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of expected delivery. Please follow the below steps:
  • Verify the shipping address on your order.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check other areas where you could receive mail.
  • If after 48 hours you did not receive your delivery, please email us at help@gamerex.co.
